Our Health Promotion team in Southern are here to discuss our health programs and connect you with our health services. We have a range of programs for Men's Health, Active Ageing, Mental Health, Smoking and Vaping. Our wonderful Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP) team will be joining us to provide education and link you to local services. Our RAMHP Coordinator will have a range of resources on hand, providing information around stress, looking after yourself and local services to reach out to if you need support.
